Moving Lenslet Array (MLA) PL1564

ZOOM and AUTOFOCUS LENSES, available in 45mm diameter, are single TIR lenses from Khatod Series PL1590WI.
When equipped with the Moving Lenslet Array (MLA) PL1564, the newest accessory designed by Khatod, the lenses execute  ZOOM and AUTOFOCUS performances in a wide range of applications. The MLA and the lens fit perfectly as they are complementary, have the same diameter and Lenslet Array.

Moving Lenslet Array (MLA) PL1564 with PL1590WI Lenses

Place the MLA on the top of the lens and make it slide over the lens along the optical axis: beam angles will vary in a range from 11°, when the MLA is nearly in contact with the lens, up to 45°, when the MLA is made sliding over the lens. The beam variation is obtained along 5 mm distance.
These lenses perform an optical efficiency over 90% and preserve a perfect light layout in the full range of the beam angles, also in color mixing applications using multi-color LEDs.

Zoom & Autofocus Lenses

The lens and the Moving Lenslet Array coupled together, make up a high precision optical system enabling ZOOM and AUTOFOCUS applications by just sliding the MLA on top of the lens.

			ULTRA NARROW PUNCH BEAM LENSES are TIR high efficiency lenses, able to perform a sharp and tight 3° Angle Beam. Designed for use with the most popular existing LEDs of latest generation, collimate the high flux density and high emitting potential produced by these LEDs into a perfect ultra narrow beam that maximizes the usable lumens in the target area. Also, provide the best solution for many new lighting applications requiring an enhanced focal depth.

	• CLEAN RECTANGULAR BEAM LENSES
			CLEAN RECTANGULAR BEAM LENSES are able to produce a perfect rectangular beam. The toroidal lenslet array creates a rippled surface able to reshape the light into a beam  whose size is the one of an A4 paper sheet (- 300×200 mm², 12×8 inch²) at 1 m distance. The distribution in the wide light pattern, often referred to as a “flat-top”, is  totally  uniform. The perfect rectangular beam performed by these lenses covers a wide range of applications, generally classed as “illumination”: from lighting in a museum to desk lamps, Architectural/Entertainment/Stage Lighting, inspection lines of the materials processing departments, etc.

	• SYMMETRIC and ASYMMETRIC LENSES
			SYMMETRIC & ASYMMETRIC STRIP LENSES are real High-Precision Injection Molded TIR LENSES. Fit for most of the SMD LEDs & HB LEDs, are used to build long strips of lighting. Excellent performance with white or color LEDs. Butted up together, produce a continuous smooth lighting, enable to realize desired lengths by multiples of 200mm strip lenses. Also, Khatod offers the opportunity to test them now! On request the Symmetric and Asymmetric STRIP LENSES can be supplied with proper aluminum extrusions...you just need to plug and play them!
