NEMA OPTICAL SYSTEMS, 36 optics (6x6) on 110 mm (w) x 120 (l) x 10 mm (h) module - enabling to optimize the high intensity light outputs of the most recent Power LEDs. A single NEMA module can achieve a light flux output of around 7000 Lumens intensity.

Engineering Concept: Created as 36 optics modules available in 5 models, and as a single flat lens available in 2 models. Both versions maximize the lighting performance of any application with special illuminance requirements for area lighting, high and low bay lighting as well as floodlight and portable lighting applications.

Products
Panel and optics are a single injection-molded body. The 36 optics module versions deliver a blend of crisp and clear light for great illumination. The flat lens versions generate uniform precise and high-efficient beams enabling a perfect lighting diffusion.

Project
Realize a relatively small optical system – 3 excellent Free Form Optics on a 200mm (l) x 50,8mm (w); (7.87in x 2in) panel - able to optimize the most recent Multi-Chip LEDs delivering extremely high luminous flux outputs, ranging from 1000 lm to 5000 lm. Panel and optics are a single injection-molded body. A single Gaia system enables to create a fixture for a street lighting pole.

Products
Lighting modules. Beam Angles: 3 rotosymmetric (60°; 90°; 150°); 1 square (120°x120°); 1 axially symmetric in x, y; 3 asymmetric. Allow the interchangeability of the different models on the same LED source. Comply with IESNA Type I, Type II, Type III, Type V and with European ME3A, EN 13201 Classification. Available with a dedicated reflector device to maximize applications using asymmetric optics (IESNA Type II medium, Type III medium; ME3A). It creates a clean cut-off and directs 90% of the light output from the LED sources towards the street side.
No light dispersion = +13% in lighting efficiency. Fit any kind of high intensity lighting applications, in wide area and high-bay lighting as well as in general lighting, indoor and outdoor. Excellent performance also with high-power, single-emitter LEDs.

EASY Reflector Systems

FIRST and UNIQUE REFLECTOR SYSTEMS delivering the exclusive opportunity to be mounted directly onto COB LED systems equipped with any standard ADAPTOR or HOLDER complying with Zhaga standard, having 35 mm or 25mm spacing between the holes for the fixing screws.
Totally new-concept product consisting of two elements:
• Primary Reflector (bottom part): fix it onto the COB LED system equipped with standard adaptor. The fixing holes will match perfectly the adaptor holes as both have 35 mm or 25mm spacing.
• Secondary Reflector (top part): snap it onto the bottom part to get the complete reflector.

EASY REFLECTOR SYSTEMS are the best solution to optimize the light flux emitted by COB LED systems with LES ranging  9-19 mm diameter and using standard holders with 35 mm or 25 mm spacing.
Every model of EASY REFLECTOR SYSTEMS is made of two parts assembled together. The Primary Reflector (Bottom Part) is designed for direct mounting onto the holder. The fixing holes having 35 mm or 25mm spacing will match most popular Zhaga complying adaptors or holders.
